Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where is the St. Agnes Room?

A: The St. Agnes Room (SAR) is in the basement of the Church.  To get there enter the Church from the side closest to the school and go down the staircase immediately to your right.  The St. Agnes Room will be at the bottom of the staircase.

Q: Can I attend if I have children with me?

A: Yes! Children of all ages are welcome at all FA Meetings.  Many of the FA Executive Board Members and Committee Members have children under the age of 2 who will be attending the meeting along with their mothers.

Q: Will I be uncomfortable if I don't know anyone else who is going?

A: No.  The purpose of the Class Parent Meeting is for you to meet the other class parents in your grade, as well as other grades.  If there is anything we can do to make you feel more comfortable, please let us know!

Q: I haven't been contacted to be a Class Parent - can I still attend the Class Parent Meeting?

A: No, the Class Parent Meeting is for Class Parents only. If you would like to volunteer to be a Class Parent, please click HERE.

A: The Class Parent Meeting will be under an hour.

Q: I have been asked to be a Class parent but I can't attend the meeting - what should I do?

A: First, thank you for volunteering to be a Class Parent. The Class Parent Meeting is designed to help you navigate the roles and responsibilities of a Class Parent. However, if you are unable to attend, please contact MaryBeth and she will arrange for you to receive your informational packet and answer any questions you may have.

Q: What will be discussed at the meeting?

A: The meeting will be run by the Vice President of the FA Executive Board, although the entire board will be there. The Class Parent information packets will be distributed and we will briefly discuss the responsibilities and roles of a class parent. We will also share tips and ideas from past Class Parents. Finally, we will answer any questions you may have.
